Shipping policy

We offer local shipping all over Egypt for all orders made through www.soltheshop.com. Every order is produced and prepared per request so kindly allow us up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) to process and ship your order.

We ship our orders through a third party courier service. A courier will contact you once your order has been dispatched from our head office and is ready to be delivered.

Orders are not processed nor delivered on a national holiday and any orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following working day.

We have a flat rate of 100EGP for shipping all over Egypt.
